We learned today that there is good news for the Habs' first round pick in the last draft, Filip Mesar, as he will be with the Slovakian team for the World Junior Championship.
It was more of a formality than anything else, but sometimes countries ignore a player when he leaves the country to play in another league.
By the way, regarding the presence of Juraj Slafkovsky, according to journalist Arpon Basu, it seems very unlikely that he will be loaned to Slovakia.
