Habs prospect Logan Mailloux is having a good start in the OHL with the London Knights. He collected 9 points in 12 games. However, he is currently injured.
Indeed, he suffered an injury during a fight on March 6 when Pasquale Vito, a Red Wings prospect, punched him (Mailloux) when he was already on the ground. A fight where he clearly didn't have the upper hand... and he got a sucker punch behind the head when he was already on the ground...
Mailoux has still not played since, and that does not bode well. This is his second visit to the infirmary in a short time and hopefully it will be short, because his start to the season was indeed really promising.
He went through a quieter streak recently, after being injured, and he had just returned to the game. There, well, he's back out, injured.
Another bad luck that comes at a very bad time for Mailloux.
One thing is for sure, at the moment, Mailloux seems to behave well on the ice and outside. It will be interesting to watch him when he returns to the game.
