Bettman gives his verdict on the Dadonov trade

It's confirmed! The controversial trade between the Vegas Golden Knights, and the Anaheim Ducks, involving Evgeni Dadonov has been officially cancelled (and reversed) by the Bettman circuit.
Dadonov remains a Vegas Golden Knights player, and he still counts against their payroll. (and as you know, the deadline has passed)
Bottom line: the Golden Knights are really in trouble with the salary cap, as you can see right here :
The issue at hand: Anaheim is on Dadonov's no-trade list and he doesn't want to go play there. However, the Golden Knights would not have received the right information at the time of his previous acquisition, regarding this famous no-trade list.
