Big surprise live from the Bell Centre and unexpected reinforcement is added to Martin St-Louis's lineup?
In the last few moments, as some players from the Montreal Canadiens jumped onto the ice for today's optional training session in anticipation of tonight's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, we got a nice surprise.
Let's first recall what happened yesterday.
Rafaël Harvey-Pinard hit the ice yesterday morning for the CH's regular training, which was great news.
However, after less than five minutes, he left and never returned afterward. He was really trying to participate in the drills, but his injury clearly did not allow it.
He is obviously trying very hard to return to play as quickly as possible, but his injury is significant and is causing him trouble.
In short, there's news!
Nice surprise today!
After what happened yesterday, we thought Harvey-Pinard would be out for a while, taking several days to truly heal, but no!
He's on the ice this morning!
"Raphaël Harvey-Pinard is participating in the CH's morning practice."
Luc Gélinas, RDS
Excellent news! Let's hope he can finish the session without too much trouble.
Stay tuned!
