Yesterday, Carolina Hurricanes forward Max Pacioretty was injured at the very end of the game against the Minnesota Wild.
See the weird sequence here:
After the game, Hurricanes head coach Rod Brind'Amour had this to say:
"It doesn't look good. I mean, we don't know, but it doesn't look good." - Rod Brind'Amour's opening comments, post-game, regarding the injury to Max Pacioretty inside the final minute.
"Hopefully it's not as bad as we think, but I'm not too optimistic right now."
Unfortunately, the worst has just been confirmed and the former CH captain has been placed on the injured list.
In five games this season, the former Habs captain has three points.
