Major turnaround for Kirby Dach and the fans don't understand it

A really strange situation just happened with the Montreal Canadiens.
In a press conference just 30 minutes ago, head coach Martin St-Louis mentioned this:
"Kirby Dach is OK. He's going to play tonight and Chris Tierney will be taken out of the lineup." And well, a twist, the Canadiens just posted this:
"Forward Kirby Dach (upper body) will not play tonight. Chris Tierney will be inserted into the lineup." - Montreal Canadiens
Apparently, something happened between 5:35 PM and 6:00 PM.
Only 30 minutes separate these two messages.
