We were talking to you yesterday about Canadians captain Shea Weber, who is currently very quiet:
He's never with the team, we haven't heard from him and he's not accepting any interviews. The Habs organization has also mentioned to journalists (and fans) that, even if the team is currently in Vancouver, Weber is not around.
Finally, surprise! RDS journalist Luc Gélinas posted a message last night on Twitter to say that he met a certain Shea Weber at the hotel, in Vancouver. He would therefore be in the entourage of the club.
Gélinas was really surprised.
« Surprise, I just ran into Shea Weber when I arrived at the hotel when we were told he was not around »
How did the RDS journalist react when he saw it? As the captain would have liked, he didn't talk to him.
It will be interesting to see what the organization has to say on the subject.
On the other hand, we can understand that, despite their great transparency since the arrival of Chantal Machabée, they probably preferred to keep this information secret, because it must be Shea Weber's will.
Are you disappointed with this total radio silence from the captain?
