A few hours before the game against the Vancouver Canucks, tonight at 10:30 p.m., the organization of the Canadians has just announced excellent news.
Recently injured (upper body), after long months of rehabilitation, Canadians forward Paul Byron will officially be back in the lineup today.
Excellent news, especially considering the level of concern following his second injury.
In late February, in a win over the Buffalo Sabres, Paul Byron didn't finish the game after taking a solid hit down the ramp from defenseman Mattias Samuelsson. He was only playing his ninth game this season and had to go to the hospital.
He's now back and got his long-awaited green light from the doctors:
