The Montreal Canadiens organization has just announced an important hiring.
Adam Nicholas is officially named as the new Director, Hockey Development.
He was previously a skills development consultant with the Toronto Maple Leafs organization.

In recent years, Nicholas has also worked with Chicago Steel in the USHL. (the team of Sean Farrell)
This hire is the first of several to come. Jeff Gorton and Kent Hughes have clearly revealed their intentions to revamp this entire department to modernize it and increase its efficiency.
