The players are indeed on the ice right now, in preparation for tonight's game against the Los Angeles Kings.
First, Kirby Dach was back, which is obviously great news, especially with the rather worrying information that was circulating yesterday.
Let's remember that Dach was absent and had a treatment day on Wednesday morning. Some sources then suggested that Dach might have been injured.
Clearly, whether he's slightly injured or not, everything seems to indicate that he will be in his position for tonight's game.
Secondly, Rafaël Harvey-Pinard skated today!
Montreal Canadiens head coach, Martin St-Louis, will be holding a press conference in the next few minutes, so it will be interesting to hear what he has to say on the subject.
Also expect him to confirm his lineup for the game against the Kings, but for now, everything indicates that he will stick to the status quo.
So, we expect that Michael Pezzetta and Jayden Struble will be left out, and that Samuel Montembeault will be the starting goaltender.
Details will follow during the Montreal Canadiens press conferences in the next few minutes.
Do you think Martin St-Louis made the right choice by not changing his line combinations?
