Significant Lineup Changes Expected for the Canadiens After Logan Mailloux's Call-Up
We mentioned it to you earlier, but the Montreal Canadiens have just confirmed the call-up of the young defenseman Logan Mailloux.
Earlier this morning, RDS journalist Stéphane Leroux reported that Mailloux did not attend the Laval Rocket's practice, which sparked speculation about a possible call-up.

This is obviously good news for the young Mailloux, but it's quite worrying news for veteran defenseman Mike Matheson, who left Thursday night's game against the Los Angeles Kings and never returned afterward.
His injury thus seems quite serious, but let's wait and see.
It will now be interesting to see what Martin St-Louis does with his defensemen.
Who will be left out? Will it be Jayden Struble, Justin Barron, Arber Xhekaj, or Logan Mailloux?
I don't believe the Canadiens would have called up Mailloux just to keep him in the stands, but it's a situation to keep an eye on.
