A goaltender who has played 130 games in the NHL has just been released, and the Montreal Canadiens might consider him for Laval
In the last few minutes, it has been announced that goaltender Aaron Dell has been released by the Columbus Blue Jackets.
He is thus once again available to other organizations.
All signs point to his journey possibly continuing in the American Hockey League, and he could be an interesting candidate to possibly join Jakub Dobes with the Laval Rocket. (if it's not Cayden Primeau)
Dell, 34 years old, is a solid veteran and a potential strong mentor for a young player like Dobes.
In 38 games in the AHL last season, he maintained an average of 3.14 and a save percentage of 0.900. (15 wins)
If Primeau stays in the NHL, would you sign him to an AHL contract?
