Remember, as part of Native American Heritage Night and to honor his Indigenous wife, Marc-André Fleury had a custom mask created by Cole Redhorse Taylor. A mask that quotes his father on the back and bears the names of his children.
The NHL banned him from wearing it, but he did it anyway.
As Russo mentions above, it's finally "very unlikely that he (Fleury) or the Wild will be fined." It seems that public outcry has finally reached the NHL.
To think it took this for them to realize how ridiculous it was?
