It's been speculated for the last few weeks, but it's now confirmed.
Young Montreal Canadiens forward Juraj Slafkovsky, the first overall pick in 2022, is already arriving in town!
Clearly, the youngster is extremely motivated and he wants to give himself the best possible chance to be ready for the camp and to spend time with the other players who have stayed in town, notably Nick Suzuki and Kaiden Guhle.
"Juraj Slafkovsky will be coming to Montreal this week. My friend met him at his home before he left Slovakia." - Luc Gélinas
We love it!
Check out the very interesting report in question.
A very interesting video to get to know the young Slovakian hockey player better.
Slafkovsky, 19, is very eager to start his second professional season, having scored 10 points in 39 games last season.
