In the last few seconds, the Montreal Canadiens made a significant announcement regarding the NHL waiver, including a surprise.
Two more players from the CH are placed on waivers!
The Canadiens have placed forwards Lias Andersson and Philippe Maillet on waivers for the purpose of a loan to the Laval Rocket.
Many experts are surprised to see Andersson already placed on waivers.
We're talking about a 7th overall pick in 2017, a first-round pick by Jeff Gorton who was trying to get another chance, but his training camp ended quickly.
Will he be claimed?
If not, he will report to the Laval Rocket (AHL) and he will play in the same league in which he accumulated 60 points in 67 games last season.
