Montreal Canadiens prospect, defenseman Jordan Harris, has just been eliminated from the NCAA. His team, Northeastern, lost in overtime to Western Michigan.
This means that the excellent Harris is free to sign with the Tricolore, and that's exactly what he would be about to do.
"I'm told that Jordan Harris will sign a two-season entry-level contract with Montreal. Don't be surprised if he's immediately inserted into the lineup, to run out his first year of contract." - Elliotte Friedman
Arpon Basu and Marc Antoine Godin of The Athletic also add that it's done. He'll sign with the Habs. It is now official! We could see him this season with the Canadiens.
