When we talk about players who come back from a long way and who are examples of perseverance, Charles Hudon is part of this category.
When he had to leave for Switzerland, very few experts could have predicted that he would return to North America, let alone the National Hockey League.
Well, that's the feat he just accomplished. As reported by our colleagues at Marqueur.com, Hudon is back!
Just like with Alex Galchenyuk, the Colorado Avalanche just offered Hudon a new dream opportunity.
The last game of Charles Hudon in the NHL was August 21, 2020, in the playoffs with the Canadiens.
Over the weekend, the Avalanche lost the services of former CH player Artturi Lehkonen, and Hudon is the one who is coming in to replace him.
We really wish him well!
Hudon will have another chance to show his skills and earn his place in the NHL once and for all. We will be watching him closely.
