In the last few minutes, Gary Bettman and the National Hockey League have just made a major announcement.
The famous World Cup, which was planned for 2024, is cancelled.
It makes fans react a lot, especially because it is another missed opportunity to see (finally) the best players in the world in the same international competition.
The event could be postponed to 2025, but at this point, we should not have any expectations.
To be continued, but it is another disappointment for the fans.
