In the last few seconds, the Montreal Canadiens organization made a major announcement regarding forward Brendan Gallagher.
The news is unfortunately not good:
"Brendan Gallagher has a lower body injury and will be out at least two weeks." - Montreal Canadiens
So we won't see him back in the Habs lineup anytime soon, and it's probably going to bother him for the rest of the season. What bad luck once again for "Gally".
He will be out for "at least two weeks". Gallagher, 30 years old, has 8 points in 22 games this season (3 goals) and earns $6.5 million per year until 2027.
