Major development for Team Canada Junior 2018: five players suspended and criminal charges to be filed in the coming days
The biggest pending case in the National Hockey League is currently making waves, as we are still awaiting an announcement regarding the five players who will be suspended following the "Team Canada Junior 2018" scandal.
This morning, there's new information, thanks to journalist Martin Leclerc.
The independent investigation is completed, NHL sanctions are being prepared for about five players, including some very well-known names, we are told.
But that's not all.
Simultaneously, the London, Ontario police are preparing to file criminal charges in the coming days, according to the renowned Martin Leclerc.
So, it's just a matter of days!
With NHL training camps coming up, a swift decision is expected, and it's going to completely shake up the hockey world.
And just last week, Quebec police sources told Radio-Canada that Ontario police were about to file charges, and that it was a matter of days.
