Martin St-Louis makes a surprising decision in net ahead of tonight's game vs Buffalo
We had a lot of action today and several announcements.
There was obviously the superb news involving Josh Anderson:
The Canadiens also announced that it is unfortunately over for forward Christian Dvorak:
Allen in front of the Canadiens' net, confirms Martin St-Louis
And finally, the organization just announced that it will be Jake Allen who will be in front of the net tonight against the Buffalo Sabres, live from the Bell Centre.
We suspected it, but it has just been confirmed.
He will also face Quebecer Devon Levi.
Allen, 33 years old, has a record of 4-7-2 this season, a goals-against average of 3.40, and a save percentage of 0.903.
Let's bet there will be a lot of scouts in the stands to watch his work.
Details to follow.
