Martin St-Louis reveals the identity of the CH player who resembles him the most, and his answer is very surprising
Last night, the head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, Martin St-Louis, appeared on RDS and answered an intriguing question.
"Which Canadiens player is most like him?"
See his answer.
"Honestly, you might find it amusing, but I'd say Savy (David Savard).
He's always smiling and always competes. Plus, he's incredibly intelligent on the ice.
While we don't share the same stature and height, our thinking aligns both on and off the ice." Indeed, it's a surprising answer, but very insightful and it speaks volumes about the veteran defenseman David Savard.
Earlier this month, during an appearance on the show "Tout le monde en parle", Martin had even mentioned that Savard is a player he would have loved to play with during his playing career.
Once again, it says a lot.
