Last night, Montreal Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki hit Nazem Kadri of the Calgary Flames hard.
Check out this clip:
After struggling to get up, Kadri was furious and demanded a five-minute penalty on Suzuki.
"You better give him a five!"
Suzuki in hot water?
Now, many experts and Flames fans are calling for the NHL's Department of Player Safety to take a hard look at this footage, and according to recent reports, they will.
However, personally, we don't expect Suzuki to be called in for an official hearing, and we expect even less of the captain to be suspended.
Do you feel the same way?
Some people are saying that Suzuki may be in hot water and at risk of being sanctioned, but we don't believe it at this point.
