Several hours after the Montreal Canadiens game against the St. Louis Blues, a peculiar post continues to circulate and stir up conversations.
After the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday, yesterday it was the Blues' turn to take a jab at a Habs player.
It's not the end of the world, but it's definitely creating a buzz.
Why don't they focus on promoting their own players, instead of taking shots at others? One thing's for sure, we've never seen the Montreal Canadiens organization do this with a player from another team.
In short, the official Blues page posted a video showing Arber Xhekaj being tackled and falling to the ground, with the following caption:
"Is there anything worse than when the WiFi goes down?"
- St. Louis Blues
Clearly alluding to Xhekaj's nickname "Wi-Fi."
See the post.
We'll say it again. It's absolutely not the end of the world, but with the Coyotes recently taking a jab at Juraj Slafkovsky, and now this, we're really wondering why other teams are so keen on talking about Montreal Canadiens players in order to mock them?
Anyway, it's up to you to decide, but it's a quite unusual post that continues to spark discussions.
