Last night, during the game between the Montreal Canadiens and the Columbus Blue Jackets, head coach Martin St-Louis made a special gesture.

It's been overlooked, but it's definitely worth mentioning in our opinion.

"Leading 8-2, the Canadiens get a PP and Martin St. Louis puts in Harris-Kovacevic-Pezzetta-Tierney-Evans. We call it having a little respect for your opponent."

- Eric Engels

As Engels mentions, late in the game, with the Canadiens leading by six goals, St. Louis gave a great gift to hard-working players who really deserve it.

It's extremely rare to see an NHL head coach do that, but it's to his credit. A real and true leader!

What a class act towards his opponents and towards Jordan Harris, Johnatan Kovacevic, Michael Pezzetta, Chris Tierney and Jake Evans. Players that never get the opportunity to play on the power play normally.

Let's bet they really enjoyed it.
