Jack Edwards is a odd character, but like it or not - he gets the people talking. Whether he is being complete and total homer, calling out a professional athlete for being fat, or just being straight-up weird, he gets the people going.
Was Jack Edwards DRUNK on Sunday?
In Sunday's game between Boston and Carolina, the Bruins' play-by-play commentator made everyone watching insanely uncomfortable. Being 100% biased, Edwards was questioning a non-call on Hurricanes F Jordan Martinook when he broke out in a fit of laughter you might hear in a horror movie.
Seriously, I won't sleep tonight because of it.
Some people are questioning if Edwards was drunk, stoned or both. Personally, I won't comment on that - for legal purposes, obviously - but what I can and will say is that this was a super cringy moment, end of story.
Also, Martinook definitely didn't deserve a penalty on that play, so on top of sounding creepy, Edwards is also flat-out wrong. Par for the course though, eh?
