The verdict just came in for Max Pacioretty, and the worst is confirmed:

So Pacioretty's season has just ended, before it even had a chance to start.
He ends his season with 3 points in 5 games. Pacioretty will be 35 years old at the beginning of next season.
We think of Pacioretty, who must certainly be going through a difficult time psychologically right now
