A nice surprise awaited the Montreal Canadiens players live from Brossard
The Montreal Canadiens shared some great news, as a surprise awaited the team's players in the last few hours live from Brossard.
For the past few days, many of the Habs' players have resumed training together in Brossard.
However, for their most recent on-ice session, there was a new face back, and it was someone they were certainly extremely happy to see at 100%.
Kirby Dach has been cleared and is back training with his Montreal Canadiens teammates
He has just rejoined the group and is now back in training as well.
Number 77 is back!
We suspected this was coming, but seeing it happen and knowing there have been no setbacks in his rehabilitation is fantastic news for Martin St-Louis' squad.
Overall, it's great to see that the players are already preparing for the upcoming season, and that almost everyone is there.
It says a lot about the team's mindset and motivation for the 2024-2025 campaign.
Also note that Logan Mailloux and Lane Hutson, who participated in the NHL Rookie Showcase last week, were also back.
Yes, young Hutson brought his hands with him:
If Kirby Dach and these excellent young players manage to stay healthy throughout the season, I truly believe the Habs will be able to compete for a playoff spot this season.
