Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens have just added a new name for the 2024 training camp.
As announced by the Victoriaville Tigres, their captain Maxime Pellerin has been invited to the Canadiens' camp.
Maxime Pellerin Invited by the Montreal Canadiens
A new forward is joining the Montreal Canadiens' rookie training camp, which will be held soon.
So, there is some action this morning with the Canadiens:
A great opportunity for him!
Maxime Pellerin, 21 years old, is a 6-foot, 190-pound forward from Quebec.
Last season, as the captain of the Victoriaville Tigres, he collected 73 points in 67 regular season games, including 34 goals, as well as 21 points in 14 playoff games (13 goals in 14 games).
During the 2022-23 season, Pellerin recorded 86 points, including 40 goals, in 68 games in the QMJHL.
We wish him the best of luck at the Canadiens' rookie camp as he tries to make a name for himself with the management and potentially secure a professional contract with the organization.
Details will follow.
