The Canadiens announce a major change at the Bell Centre
The Montreal Canadiens organization has just announced a major change at the Bell Centre, and it's effective immediately.
Rumors circulated over the summer, and photos even surfaced, but the organization has now confirmed everything.
There is indeed a brand-new scoreboard at the Bell Centre, and it has already been fully installed!
The Canadiens install a new scoreboard
Check out the official statement from the Habs regarding this.
"The Montreal Canadiens revealed Monday the technical specifications for their new scoreboard at the Bell Centre that will debut for the upcoming 2024-25 season. The board will be formally in use for the first time before the public in the team's pair of «Prospect Showdown» games against the Toronto Maple Leafs next Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15."

We're talking about a wider, more advanced, and larger scoreboard than the one installed in 2008. We can't wait to see it!
More details to follow.
