The Montreal Canadiens organization have signed forward Israel Mianscum

In the last few seconds, forward Israel Mianscum has been officially added to the Montreal Canadiens organization.

He will start his journey with the farm team, the Laval Rocket, after turning down offers from the New Jersey Devils and the New York Rangers, according to a source.

Clearly, he wanted to play here, and we love it!

"The Laval Rocket announces they have signed Quebec forward Israel Mianscum to a 2-year contract.

Mianscum, 21 years old, 6'2"/202 pounds, has just finished his junior stint with the Phoenix. He scored 87 points in 61 games.

Trois-Rivières is also an option for 2024-25." - Marc-Olivier Beaudoin

And the Rocket's statement.

"The Laval Rocket announced that the team has agreed to the terms of a two-year contract (2024-2025 � AHL, two-way and 2025-2026 � AHL, one-way) with forward Israel Mianscum." - Laval Rocket
