In the last few moments, information equivalent to a bombshell has dropped.
According to the highly reputable Sheng Peng, who is the "Eric Engels" of the San Jose Sharks, they are leaning towards young Will Smith for their fourth overall pick.
With information leaks becoming more frequent in 2023, it can change some plans, but wow!
This is certainly not what Kent Hughes and fans of the Montreal Canadiens were hoping to hear, especially if the organization plans to ignore Matvei Michkov.
Will Smith to the Sharks?
Will this major development further encourage Kent Hughes to be aggressive in making a trade and move to the 3rd or 4th overall pick?
A story to follow, but this is not good news on this Saturday.
Details to follow.
