Former Hab Tomas Plekanec officially announces retirement due to injury

The former Montreal Canadien, Tomas Plekanec, has officially announced his retirement from professional hockey in the past few hours.
Due to health issues preventing him from finishing the season, he decided to end his career in his hometown of Kladno.
Plekanec retired
After health problems he is not able to finish this season, so he decided to end his playing career in his native Kladno.
He scored four points in nine games this season with the Knights in the Czech Republic.
In 1,001 career NHL games, Pleky tallied 608 points. He spent the majority of his career with the Canadiens.
