As mentioned by journalist Eric Engels a few minutes ago, there was still a very slim hope of seeing Juraj Slafkovsky back in uniform this season.
"Slafkovsky has not been officially ruled out for the season. But the Canadiens announced on January 18th that he would be out for three months. Their last game is on April 13th."
Well, now it's a closed case, as reported by RDS journalist Luc Gélinas.
"Big Monday. The Canadiens also officially confirm that Slafkovsky's season is over. We suspected it a little bit too."
Details to follow.
