The Montreal Canadiens' organization has finally given news about the injured players.
Here is the official press release:
"UPDATE :
Dach (lower body) will be out indefinitely.
Gallagher (lower body) will be out for 3-4 weeks.
Xhekaj (shoulder) underwent surgery on March 1. A full recovery is expected. He should be back to full strength for training camp."
- Montreal Canadiens
This is bad news.
Dach really doesn't seem to be close to a return to action, and some even believe his season is (also) in jeopardy. We may have to wait until next year before we see him back in action with the CH. It's a shame because he was having a great breakout season.
On top of that, the CH may have just announced that Brendan Gallagher's season is over (the season ends in about four weeks)
More details will follow.
