Scary scene as ref gets stretchered after collision with player
Referee Steve Kozari was the victim of a worrying collision with Haydn Fleury, of the Tampa Bay Lightning, in the last minutes. It happened during this afternoon's game between the Lightning and the Pittsburgh Penguins, as the hockey world holds its breath.
Unfortunately, the official had to be taken off on a stretcher.
