In a press conference in the last seconds, live from London (Ontario), London Police Chief Thai Truong officially announced the indictment of five players from the 2018 edition of Team Canada Junior.

Dillon Dube: 1 charge

Michael McLeod: 2 charges

Alex Formenton: 1 charge

Carter Hart: 1 charge

Cal Foote: 1 charge

They then recited their full names, with their age and city of birth.

Detective Sergeant Katherine Dann notably explained why McLeod faces an additional charge, compared to the other players.

Basically, she really couldn't provide any further details, but she mentioned that there is one charge related to his own actions, while the other is linked to assisting another person in committing the offense.

LPS say extra «party to the offense» charge against Michael McLeod is in relation to «aiding someone else in committing the offense».

It's up to you to draw your own conclusions.
