In the last few seconds, the London police have confirmed that the much-anticipated press conference today will indeed take place at 2 p.m. this afternoon.

It's a date!

«The London police service will provide a major update this afternoon at 2 p.m. (via press conference) regarding an investigation involving the players of Team Canada Junior 2018.

TSN will broadcast the press conference live, and our coverage will start at 1:45 p.m.

Chief Thai Truong and Detective Sergeant Katherine Dann are expected to answer questions from the media.

So, it's a date today at 2 p.m., and we may get several answers in this case.

They might name Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dube, Cal Foote, and Alex Formenton as accused for now.

Will more names be added eventually?

We might know in a few hours.

Unfortunately, this will be, in a way, a historic press conference for the National Hockey League.
