The verdict is going to fall for about forty players placed on waivers yesterday.

Will Kent Hughes claim a player? There are some solid young depth players available, like a Samuel Fagemo.
According to some sources, the Canadiens was going to claim Lassi Thomson yesterday, but the Anaheim Ducks claimed him first. (they had priority)
Let's also of course remember that Montreal claimed Johnatan Kovacevic a year ago from this.
