A former teammate of Trevor Zegras reveals the truth and has a lot to say
In an interview, Quebecois forward Maxime Comtois, a former teammate of Trevor Zegras, spoke about the player who is linked to the Montreal Canadiens via trade.
When asked about Zegras, Comtois indeed gave a lengthy response and was very generous with his time.
He confirmed that the young Zegras has enormous offensive talent but is not necessarily the most complete player on the ice.

Comtois seems to know Zegras very well.
On a positive note, the former Quebecois forward of the Anaheim Ducks insists that Zegras has a good stick and possesses incredible skills.
According to Comtois, Cole Caufield's best friend just needs to focus more on his defensive duties, and he could eventually become a complete player in the National Hockey League.
Trevor Zegras, 23 years old, was the 9th overall pick in 2019.
He has 154 points in 211 career NHL games, including 55 goals and 99 assists. His best season so far was the 2022-23 season, during which he scored 65 points in 81 games.
He ended the 2023-24 season with a streak of 8 points in 8 games.
