Pettersson, 26 years old, has 28 points in 34 games this season, after recording 89 points last season and 102 points in the campaign prior.
Personally, I think it's a think carefully situation because Pettersson is truly an exceptional player, possibly one of the five most talented in the National Hockey League, but it's also a steep price to pay.
