Daniel Briere's son, Carson, caused mass outrage when he made the immature and reckless decision to shove an unoccupied wheelchair down a flight of stairs.
Now he will finally face consequences for this incredibly immature act.

Briere, who used to play for the men's Mercyhurst college hockey team, shoved a girl's wheelchair down a flight of stairs.
He has officially been charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for his actions.
''The charges are the second-degree misdemeanors of criminal mischief related to damaged property, criminal conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and the summary offense of disorderly conduct.
This is not the first time Briere has shown this level of immaturity in the past, hopefully this will serve as a wake up call.
