In the last few seconds, the Montreal Canadiens organization has released an official statement to announce a signing.
Filip Mesar is signed!
"The Canadiens have agreed to terms on a three-season entry-level contract (2022-2023 to 2024-2025) with forward Filip Mesar."

Mesar, 18, is a first-round pick in the last draft, 26th overall, selected by the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre.
In 37 games with HK Poprad in Slovakia's Extraliga, Mesar has 16 points (8 goals, 8 assists), while adding three goals and one assist in six playoff games.
