Earlier this evening, we learned some really surprising news, as the Montreal Canadiens announced the emergency recall of young Owen Beck.
Beck will be joining the Montreal Canadiens immediately, and it will be really interesting to see him go.
He could play as soon as tomorrow with the CH!
A recall that hides something else?
Since the official announcement, many questions have surfaced on social networks.
"One has to wonder how Christian Dvorak is doing after missing the start of the second period last night and missing practice today." - Arpon Basu Is Dvorak's injury more serious than expected?
Will Sean Monahan's return to action have to wait any longer?
It's hard to say, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on, and you should know that we could be hearing (more) bad news about the injuries tomorrow.
Let's really hope that's not the case, though.
Let's also remember that Sean Monahan missed a third straight practice today. That doesn't bode well, but let's wait and see.
One thing is for sure, Beck's recall seems to hide another announcement.
Beck, 18, will make his National Hockey League debut much earlier than expected. He has 44 points in 37 games this season in the OHL.
Stay tuned!
