Just as there were beginning to be whispers of a recall to the Montreal Canadiens to give him another opportunity to establish himself in the NHL, young Justin Barron just received some bad news.

Before yesterday's game, the Laval Rocket unfortunately announced that young defenseman Justin Barron had a lower body injury.

Tory Dello has taken his place in the Habs' lineup.

Justin Barron is dealing with a lower body injury and will not be in the Rocket lineup tonight. Tory Dello will be the only right-hander able to play tonight. Nicolas Beaudin and Otto Leskinen will be used on the right side." - Anthony Marcotte

Beaudin will have the opportunity to play on the right side, which is good for him if he wants to eventually get a chance in Montreal.

As for Barron, it's an injury that really comes at a bad time for him and it's definitely bad news.

He has been injured more often than not over the past few years and was off to a good start this season. Barron, 21, has 12 points in 21 games so far this season.

Do you think he will be a regular for the Montreal Canadiens by the end of the season? Do you think he will be a regular for the Montreal Canadiens next year?

It's starting to feel like a rush in his case, according to many. More details will follow!
