Daniel Jacob, who follows Joël Bouchard everywhere he goes, went on 91.9 Sports to talk about Ryan Poehling and Kaiden Guhle. Let's leave Poehling alone and focus more on a positive aspect of the Montreal Canadiens, Kaiden Guhle.

Jacob, now with the San Diego Gulls, was around Guhle last season as he played three games with the Laval Rocket during the 2021-22 schedule. Bouchard's assistant was impressed with the way he handled himself. He takes care of himself, he has impeccable nutrition, he is a leader at heart, he looks like a general, he is physical, and he knows how to jump into the game at the right time. In summary, Jacob noted that Guhle has 25 years in his head.

That's it! His maturity is at a very high level, so he has the skills to start the campaign with the Montreal Canadiens. He had a great start to the schedule, but it was a bit of a struggle in Tuesday's game against the Toronto Leafs. Despite that, he showed enough to earn a spot. At least for nine games.

You know what? GO! Yes, it's never too late to play in the NHL, but this young man deserves to be tested in regular games, right?
