Jake Allen gets called for a ridiculous and controversial penalty

In the final minutes, Habs goalie Jake Allen surprisingly took a really ridiculous and controversial penalty for delaying the game.
A camera angle shows that the strap on his helmet clearly snapped and he could not continue playing.
