Since his recall with the Montreal Canadiens, Jesse Ylonen has been making a name for himself game after game. He has all the assets to stand out in the National Hockey League, including his speed and his very quick shot.
On December 14th, in his 3rd game with the Habs and in the NHL, Ylonen scored his first career goal.
For those who missed it, here is the first career goal of the Finnish forward:
A hard hit shot, worthy of the reputation he has always had for his quick, heavy shot.
By the way, Ylonen's father Juha, who played for the Coyotes, Lightning and Senators, missed his son's goal because he was sleeping.
When he woke up, his spouse was ready to show him the video in question and "Dad's" reaction was perfect!
"It was a beautiful goal. The first goal is always a beautiful goal. I'm glad Jesse scored pretty quickly after his debut with Montreal"
We can forgive him since it was dark in Finland when his son Jesse flashed the red light for the first time in the NHL.
