Major announcement from the Montreal Canadiens involving two players, and major reinforcements will join the team in the coming years with Fowler and Hutson
During the final seconds, the Montreal Canadiens released an official statement to announce two fantastic news possibly concerning the two best prospects in the entire organization.
"Our prospects Lane Hutson and Jacob Fowler have been selected by USA Hockey to represent their country at the World Junior Championship. Congratulations!"
- Montreal Canadiens We love it, and we're really looking forward to seeing them in action in less than ten days!
Clearly, with these two young players, the Canadiens will have top-quality reinforcements in a few years. In the case of Hutson, it seems that this will be as early as this season.
Hutson, 19 years old, has accumulated 20 points in 15 games this season in the NCAA.
Fowler, also 19, has a record of 13-3-1 this season, an average of 2.16, and a save percentage of 0.925 (also in the NCAA). He is having an excellent campaign.
Details will follow.
