With the Montreal Canadiens players just hitting the ice in Ottawa for tonight's game against the Sens, we have an important development.
Cole Caufield is at his spot for the Montreal Canadiens' morning practice:
"Cole Caufield is on the ice for the CH practice in Ottawa."
- J-F Chaumont
The organization would not confirm it yesterday, but everything indicates that Cole will be in uniform tonight in Ottawa. We love it!
When we say he's in his position, it means he's back on the Habs' first line, along with Nick Suzuki and Kirby Dach. That's a very big clue that he's going to play.
Caufield, 21, has 16 goals (25 points) in only 28 games this season. The kid is phenomenal! More details to follow!
